The author worked as a Lecturer at the Bülent Ecevit University since 2012. Uysal's research interests have spanned a wide range of topics from job satisfaction motivation stress organizational climate mobbing reverse mobbing decision making job performance to benchmarking individual service quality behavior models cynicism burnout leadership. In recent years he has focused on the new techniques and models in organizational behavior and work psychology such as Psychological Benchmarking. He has published over 25 articles in international refereed journals
conference proceedings and book chapters He is also a regular reviewer for a number of national and international refereed journals.
