Milan-based architect and product designer Michele De Lucchi is known internationally for his chairs and lighting. Part of the Memphis group of the early 1980s with Ettore Sottsass De Lucchi has also had successes with designs for such international manufacturers as Artemide Olivetti and Vitra. This heavily illustrated monograph provides a full overview of his career and documents his many projects up to 2004 from office products to power stations with color photographs plans and sketches. It also includes De Lucchi's key critical writings.
