The increasing digitization has brought mandatory changes in how business and communication disciplines must adapt. The evaluation of opportunities provided by digitization in corpo-rate communication will have positive effects if the benefits are well understood and appropriately used. The digitization of companies is bringing the physical world into the digital world and corporate communication must be repositioned in this new digital world to benefit thousands of people working in the field. The author has restudied some topics from his academic studies on digitization in this book and hopes that readers can create a correct roadmap based on the concepts and findings presented.
